Founded in 1986 by Carl and Vaughan Neal, CVN Property Repair Services is a successful building maintenance contractor working predominantly in home improvements for local authorities (LA) and housing groups. Business partners Carl and Vaughan both have extensive working knowledge in property maintenance and repair and installation within the construction industry and the company therefore specialises in these areas.

Initially CVN was situated locally to Leicester city centre but as the housing industry and market has grown, supporting more affordable and supported housing groups the types of specialisation increased and CVN developed both its business approach and infrastructure to cope with the changes.

Seeking to enhance the awareness of potential clients CVN concentrated on refurbishment, improvement, alteration, response and reactive maintenance predominantly for Local Authorities and Housing Groups. CVN has steadily become more specialised over the years therefore and has undergone a recent relocation to offices in Queniborough to accommodate the needs of an ever-growing staff allowing bigger projects to be undertaken.

In improving their services CVN have responded in overhauling the corporate image of the company, recruiting senior members of staff to develop the company into a more competitive and successful construction and building maintenance service, competing with other local firms and more well known enterprises.
