- We currently employ nine operatives who are trained in their respective trades together with a register of carefully vetted specialist subcontractors
- Continuous assessments and monitoring ensure all employees maintain their skills and keep up to date with new technology, appliances, legislation and Health & Safety.
- Corporate clothing and identification are issued to all operatives
- CVN have a fleet of modern commercial vehicles that are stocked and are distinctive in their appearance and are fully equipped with mobile communication, providing a responsive and effective service to all our clients
- We enjoy the patronage of a variety of clients throughout Leicestershire and have serviced them for many years
Carl and Vaughan Neal are actively involved in every aspect of the running of the business and uphold a pro-active attitude towards such developments and change. As the volume of work increased so did the company’s labour force; sub-contractors are used wherever possible to complete other specialised requirements. In providing the most effective and efficient service, CVN employ Rachael Betteridge in the role of office manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the business. Rachael is supported by a dedicated administrative team, ensuring the smooth running of the company.
CVN undertake home improvements for both the public and private sector and are currently working in conjunction with various housing associations (HA) across the midlands to complete major refurbishment and adaptation works. As a result of these prestigious contracts, the company is continually faced with the challenges that working towards partnering creates. The office manager therefore is relishing her demanding role negotiating the best way for CVN to move forward in achieving the highest standard in all work undertaken, improving on existing systems of work and achieving best practice.
CVN’s achievements in these areas is reflective in the work the company does for Leading Housing Groups. Those at the forefront are, De Montfort, Riverside, Leicester Housing Association, Belgrave, Maynard, Cossington and Ross Walk Co-opertaive Housing Asssociations for whom CVN have been involved in refurbishments of a large scale with works including kitchen replacements, Cyclical repairs, Adaptations and Roofing works.
